    Dear scindedawk,

    I can see in our logs that there was indeed an error while downloading images from your server. However, I can not detail the reason for these errors because the logs lack precision.

    I managed to import your images without any problem which makes me say that it may be due to a temporary unavailability.

    Have you encountered any new problems since?
    You can try to import the images again by updating the item Link (https)

    Is this the case for all the items that you list?
    If not, do you list them by package?

    It can be due to the rate limit of your cdn. I read that Shopify could only accept 1000 non-read requests per hour.
    In this case, we can consider working on a solution from our side to prevent this from happening again.

    New logs have been deployed as well as a modernization of our image download tool.
    Can you try again to list items and keep me informed of the result (success or not) ?
