We have already completed the payment for the second month of our store subscription, but I’m unable to locate the invoice for last month.
@Marion, on September 19th, you mentioned: "Your invoice will be available within 5 working days of the month following your payment."
However, the most recent invoice I can find from Delcampe is from Wednesday, May 1, 2024.
Am I overlooking something? There is no invoice visible in the payment control panel, and I’m preparing to file my taxes soon. It is crucial for me to declare the payments I make to European partners.

This is very confusing on the page. Normally you would assume that the invoice is under "Fees history" or "Fee invoices". But strangely enough, it is not. Instead, you have to look for the relevant payment in the "Payment History" list. You will then find the invoice there. I hope that this will be made clearer at some point.
