Since yesterday, we have noticed a slowdown in the upload of new listings through the Lister.
The new listings do appear on the website but with a delay (a few hours at least).
We ask you NOT to relist those items as they will appear on the website eventually.
Relisting them will only make it worse as it will increase the time of upload AND your items will be duplicated.
We just have had an update with the IT department and there are approximately 12.000 listings in our queues.
Those items are stuck and will appear on the website with a delay as mentioned here above.
Tomorrow morning, we will give you a new update in this particular post.
About 16 hours passed from the time I have sent the new items by the Lister - they are still not in my shop. Please HELP!!! email and sales seams to be working ok, as well as sales close...
I am experiencing issues with the delcampe lister. When I upload the items, it just freezes, so I need to stop and re-start the upload. The software is ok, the issue is with the upload, it hangs and it does not complete the full upload.

This is still happening now. I am uploading the new items. It regularly starts the upload, then it stops uploading and I need to cancel and start it again to continue the upload. Please see the screenshot
