    I have just had an irate customer complaining to me that I only accepted three of his multiple offers.

    When I checked I had only three to respond to - so what has happened to the rest?

    If you accept offers make sure you are getting all the requests from your customers.!!

    Same happened here,received a lower offer at 4.03 AM and it was accepted, the item was sold correctly. At 4.32 AM recevied a grouped offer ,which was accepted,but only one of 5 items has been closed the other 4 items appears as normal sale without lower offer,but price was modified.
    Another lower bid received at 9.18 AM ,accepted but it has appeared unsold and still avaiable with lower reduced price.

    Hope the bug will be solved quickly,as always. :)

    I just accepted a group offer on 27 items.

    But only 12 appeared as sold.

    The rest I found still on sale , at the reduced price!

    I had to manually close the other 15 items!

    I have had to email my customer to confirm that I have accepted the offer on all 27 items.

    I am told by Support the problem is solved.

    On checking everything is OK again with me and all the offered apon listings are where they should be and I have managed to send proper invoices to the customers affected.

    Are the invoices OK now? Earlier today invoices were missing postage.
