Disappearing sales

    I accepted a grouped offer about 2 1/2 hours ago.

    The items are no where to be found.

    Since them I have had normal sales, which have appeared in my "to invoice" section as usual.

    Thanks for the reply.

    As I am not the only one experiencing this, it is obviously a glitch.

    Hopefully it will get sorted soon.

    Yes, same here - accepted an offer late last night but no sale to invoice this morning! Maybe a Monday morning gremlin!

    There is a thread about this on the French forum as well.

    So far, no communication from Delcampe, either in English or in French.

    I hope they sort it soon.

    A variety on this Delcampe magic disappearing act theme.

    A customer from Portugal purchased 4 items, selected "buy" but the sale was not recorded and he told me the items "purchased" have disappeared from my shop.

    He was correct!. No sale recorded but 4 items treated as "sold" and deleted from my shop

    Reported to Delcampe by customer....no response

    I have to say I feel inclined to list these items elsewhere and direct the customer there but will give it 24 hours to see if a response and fix is imminent..

    I have the same problem. just accepted a batch of offers but everything has disappeard. the lack of response from Delcampe is alarming.

    Same issue with the grouped offer - the items are all marked as sold, yet not in to be invoice and no mail concerning them. Need action! :help:

    My problem was resolved today.....sale recorded now...2 days late!

    Thank you D for sorting things out. My only complaint is that no-one bothers to tell us when there is a glitch. Software problems happen sometimes but silence is NOT golden...just a pain in the a***

    Your issue may be resolved, but the grouped/lower offer issue isn't - at least not for me.

    Put in 4 orders late last night. One was okay and paid for. The other three have completely disappeared
    Not sure if anyone from Delcampe technical department reads these posts as I would like this sorted ASAP

    Seems the problems now is with all sold items. Just received mails about four sold items (fixed price), but there are not any new sold item in sale tracking. In addition four auction items with bids, which must end yesterday are not moved to sold and still is active as items with bids.

    And still no any reaction from Delcampe!

    Sunday's grouped offer has just come through, but no sign yet of the lower bid I accepted yesterday.

    But it seems they are working on it.

    As Emmbers has said, it would be nice if Delcampe would acknowledge that there is a problem with an estimated time for a fix, so that we know what to expect.

    Our IT department is currently working on the issue you have experienced with sold items (not available in your Sales/Purchases tracking).

    As soon as this issue is solved, all the items you have sold/purchased will appear again in your tracking.
