Payments NOT being Updated

    Received two payments via PAYPAL this evening. PAYPAL notifications received but nothing from Delcampe. More importantly the payments are not showing as received in the Delcampe invoice management system which means that the invoices still show as 'invoiced waiting for payment' and therefore do appear as 'Waiting to be shipped'. Another glitch caused by moving to the new system I wonder?

    Received 2 payments late yesterday evening; no email notification and they don't show in my "waiting to ship" list.

    MMM....another Delcampe "improvement" is in progress.

    Whilst I wish D all success, I do so hope it is not as much of a fiasco as last time. Have to say that D seem to be in the habit of launching something new without thoroughly testing it first.

    Would have thought that D would have learned from last time....but, hey nonny no! :fight2:

    Is this problem still here? I paid an invoice for an item with PayPal on the 21st and just noticed it still shows as unpaid. I did get the confirmation email from PayPal and it shows on my account but I did not get the usual confirmation from DC. :dunno:

    The system appears to be ok from a seller's point of view.

    Did you use Delcampe to settle the invoice via PAYPAL?

    Yes I paid via Delcampe. The seller confirms he has received my payment and will ship the item.

    Maybe you should report to Delcampe as it may be another variation of the problem that has been recently fixed ... otherwise just mark the item as paid.
