Trouble in paying

    This evening one of my customers has reported that he has been unable to pay for two items by pal pal. He is receiving a 404 fault message. In spite of this his file has been moved to the 'awaiting shipment' tab, as though the payment had been accepted. I have checked and the payment has not been received. Is anyone else having this problem ?
