    Hi!

    The purchase of one of my customers is split in two and I can't them merge together for one invoice. These are items, which was invoiced before new system was introduced. Initially buyer purchased two items and I send invoice, next day buyer purchased two more items and I send second invoice which combined all four items. Now they appears as two separate invoices.

    Now two of items from split purchase altogether disappeared. They can be seen only when I choose "All", but under "Invoiced" I can't them see anymore.

    Besides there is not anymore link to my store, when I open "Sold items". It can be found only in "Unsold items".

    I have 4 buyers to invoice.
    Yesterday I couldn't invoice anyone. Whenever I clicked the invoice (blue) button it reverted to the Delcampe home page.
    This morning I tried again. The first invoice just showed an invoice without an option to add postage. Then, after a few moments, an edit button appeared so I was able to send a correct invoice. However, the edit button did not appear for the other 3 so I am stuck (with all 3 e-mailing me asking for invoices which I cannot send)

    I have just printed off my first lot of packing slips and marked the items as dispatched.

    Needless to say it took a lot longer than it used to - partially due to unfamiliarity and partially due to the disappearance of some features/functions.

    Please can we have the following 2 options back on the packing slip option.


    1. The button in the packing slip screen to mark the items as sent.

    I had to do this after printing my slips and it took ages for the page to refresh after each one.

    2. Buyer and seller usernames have been removed from the packing slip.

    Personally, when items sell I store them in the envelope I am going to send them in, with the buyers username written on the flap. I had to write them on the packing slip to know what packet is for what buyer. Also some buyers specifically ask that you include your username in the packet for their ease of identification.

    Other than that, the p&p did not show on any of the packing slips, but than all items had been paid for prior to the changeover, so it may appear on slips printed for newer sales - I haven't had any yet, so can't judge.

    The invoice again does not add or consider the S&H charges.
