    I have 7 items for sale on which I want to accept a grouped bid but buyer tells me the website won't let him do it till 5th Jan, why so late? ( the items were bought by someone who didn't pay, I cancelled sale and relisted items)

    There usually is an initial period (set by you, or possibly a default) during which lower/grouped bids cannot be made. Al baltija said: check your selling options to see if you can change/reduce the period.
