    Is anyone famiiar with the Scott UC2 stamped airmail envelope?

    I have a couple with the Wmk #28 (1929), postmarked in the US. I may have misunderstood Scott but I thought this Watermark was made for use in Puerto Rico and the possessions. Also I have them on size 10 envelopes with what appear to be border B which Scott says comes on sizes 5 and 13 only

    I'm in over my head trying to figure this out.
