when we update our items per REST (/item/1234) we often get the response "Your token () is no more valid!". This comes for about 7 items then the next 50 items work as they should and then again perhabs 25 items get that failure response.
What is the reason? Is there a limit we exceed?

Hello, it is completely normal that a token is only valid for a limited time, of course this time should not be coincidental. For processes that take longer, a new token must be fetched at regular intervals or after an error message. Kind regards

If the expiration time is less than 2 minutes I create a new token. If for example I need to retrieve all items listed for a client I check the validity at every call
Randomly this new token is not accepted by Delcampe.

Hello, so far we have not encountered a similar problem. The daily update processes are running and we get a new token every 20 minutes (as far as I can remember). Kind regards
Could you please confirm if the exact message returned by our API is "Your token () is no more valid!"? The response should include the token, as demonstrated in the following example:
"Your token (tokenShouldBeHere) is no more valid!"
If the token is not included in the response, it may indicate that an attempt was made to authenticate with an empty token. Please verify this on your end. We are not aware of any issues with the authentication mechanism of our API when a valid token is provided.
