CHRISTMAS DISCOUNT OFFER - TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All listings have been discounted UP TO 30% from Wednesday, 24th December through to midnight Sunday, 4th January from their normal prices.
The actual discount applied is clearly shown on each listing. The original price will revert on Monday, 5th January.
To summarize the offer:
- 30% on all 'Watched items' - if a listing has been marked on a 'Watch list' then it is reduced by 30%until 4th January. There are nearly 1000 'watched items' in the Store.
- 25% on listings in six Country categories:
- Hong Kong
- Jamaica
- Malaysia (including States)
- Morocco Agencies
- 20% on all other listings that have been running for 'over one month'
- 5% on new listings uploaded during the last 30 days
New listings uploaded after 23rd December will not be discounted.
Free tracked / registered postage will be applied on all orders where purchases exceed £100 (excluding Delcampe 'platform fees').

The following postal charges are for either single item or multiple purchases which are combined.
ALL PURCHASES VALUED OR HAVING A COMBINED TOTAL OF £100 (excluding platform fees) WILL BE SHIPPED BY REGISTERED DELIVERY OR NEXT DAY DELIVERY OR ON AGREEMENT SENT AS MULTIPLE SMALLER SHIPMENTS AT NO CHARGE.
INTERNATIONAL
Standard air mail (Europe and Rest of World): £3.70
Signed for / Insured: £6.00 [for shipments exceeding £60 but less than £100 excluding ’platform fees']
Signed for / Insured: £10.00 [for shipments less than £60 in value]
Options for International signed for and tracking services vary according to availability of shipping services offered by Royal Mail to a particular country and whether a tracking service is available. Therefore I select the optimum service to the destination according to availability of service.

Second class recorded delivery: £3.00
Recorded delivery and Next Day delivery services are available in the UK only.

I aim to provide a range of material, used and mint, low and high value, individual stamps and sets, and Covers --- but predominately British Commonwealth. I try to cater for the needs of the small collector with modest income as well as anyone with deep pockets!
Your purchases will always be shipped securely and usually within one working day of payment, so if you haven't received your purchase within 7 days (UK) or 14 days (Overseas) please let me know.
I keep postage charges as simple as possible. Please check the 'Sales Conditions' tab on the listing for information on these charges.
I try hard to ensure that the stamps offered are properly described but from time to time I do make mistakes. I offer a no quibble refund policy so if you are unhappy for any reason let me know and I will endeavour to resolve the issue with you to your satisfaction.
The price of low value items (less than £1) may seem a little high but this is due to the fact that all listings include Delcampe fees which now adds 30p on all low value items.
