Hello ! I have bought many lots with stamps from a seller, who has been registered in Delcampe today and who doesn't have any feedback. Stamps are real, but his price is much cheaper than market price of thse stamps. He receives only bank transfer.
I afraid to pay, because I have no any warranty that I'll receive a letter with the same stamps what I have bought.
I have asked a seller, may be he has some friends through philatelists, who can give recommendation about him, but he has not answered to this question. He answered that if I am afraid, I can cancel transaction
What do you think about it?

I understand, that I can cancel purchase, but I think, that Delcampe has to give any protection for buyers. What guarantees from the seller I can ask? I have asked him to show me any his recommendations or at the least his account in social network (Facebook or other), but he have not answered me. May be ask him to show pictures of back side of the stamps? If he has no these stamps, but only has taken pictures of the stamps from Internet, he won't be able to show these pictures.

You have answered your own question. If you have no protection if things go wrong do not buy.. The seller has no reputation and is not willing to give references - surely that is enough to walk away?

Personally I would never buy under such circumstances.

I have written to customer service and have received an answer: "This member's account has been closed as a precautionary measure because we have notes irregularities with it. Indeed, it was a fradulent sale."
