Hoatzinstamps is well aware of the importance of quality, service, packaging and price. I aim to provide a range of material, used and mint, low and high value, individual stamps and sets, postcards and Covers --- but predominately British Commonwealth. I try to cater for the needs of the small collector with modest income as well as anyone with deep pockets!
Your purchases will always be shipped securely and usually within one working day of payment, so if you havent received your purchase within 7 days (UK) or 14 days (Overseas) please let me know. Most UK shipments will be received next day if payment is received overnight or in the morning.
I keep postage charges as simple as possible. Please check the 'Shipping and Handling' tab on the listing for information on these charges.
I do not make additional charges for using PAYPAL or Moneybookers.
I try hard to ensure that the stamps offered are properly described but from time to time I do make mistakes. I offer a no quibble refund policy so if you are unhappy for any reason let me know and I will endeavour to resolve the issue with you to your satisfaction.
Hoatzinstamps uses contact details relating to sales to promote new listings and special offers to existing customers. For this purpose a small amount of data is held on an email database for each customer - name, email address and nickname. Email addresses are maintained exclusively for Hoatzinstamps and are not and never will be made available to any other third party. An 'unsubscribe' facility is contained in all emails to allow permanent removal of an email address if a recipient does not want to receive emails and/or their hobby interests change. Sales data is also used for internal accounting and business analysis purposes.
