Welcome to my store on Delcampe. My name is Billiet Noel. I am a full time coin and antique dealer based in Zedelgem, near Bruges, in Belgium. I started collecting coins in the year 1967. I have been collecting and selling coins and antiques since then till now. I offer a broad range of rare and high quality coins and antiquities. I invite everyone to look at my store. You can buy with confidence, my primary concern is my clients to be happy with their purchases and come back as clients in the future. All payments are made through the Delcampe website. Depending on the possibilities offered by the seller, you can use PayPal, add a credit/debit card or make a bank transfer to top up your balance. No payments are made by cheque or bank transfer directly to the seller.
The buyer uses the payment methods available on Delcampe on the page"My purchases : Awaiting payment".
A payment that is not sent through the payment system integrated into the website (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.
If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.
Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.

All items are guaranteed genuine and come with a certificate of authenticity without time limit. In the unlikely event an item is proved by recognized expert (Sear) or major auctionhouse not to be genuine, it can be returned at any time for a full refund, including shipping - and handlingfees. There is a 14 day return policy without questions if the item is in the original state as sold, you will be refunded in either exchange, credit or refund.
