This is a monochrome proof of the MS issued by Tonga for 1990 Natural Power and Green Earth set.

It is a large proof item from the printers archives of Walsall Security Printers of London, UK..

Monochrome proofs were done by Walsall Security Printers of London UK on thin card in black and white – early monochrome proofs were taken direct from the artwork and reduced to stamp size to see what the stamps might look like. Monochrome proofs were also used to check the final design and to ensure everything was correct. Some were sent to Tongan officials for final approval and some were used for publicity purposes such as in printing brochures advertising the new stamp issue.

Payment can be made in 3 ways:-

(1) By cash (US dollars or euros) posted through the mail. Cash travels safely through the mail when placed between several sheets of paper or inside an old card
(2) Through paypal by using my email address to make payment
(3) Through moneybookers by using my email address to make payment

PLEASE NOTE, I cannot accept checks or money orders due to very high bank charges here, and I cannot accept credit cards direct. I can only accept credit cards by payment through PayPal or Moneybookers.

POSTAGE
Airmail postage and firm packing is 2.5 euros to anywhere in the world.
Registration is extra.

All payments are to be made via PayPal or Mangopay, depending on the possibilities offered by the seller. No payments are to be made by neither cheque, bank transfer nor cash directly to the seller.

AUSTRALIA - 1.50 euros for each 50 grammes

REST OF WORLD - 3 euros for each 50 grammes

REGISTRATION

Australia Post SMALL international registration envelope - 10.00 euros - used for smaller items and smaller covers.

Australia Post LARGE international registration envelope - 16.00 euros - used for larger items and larger covers. NOTE there is no tracking with registered letters. Tracking costs a little bit more.

On certain occasions if large total is purchased, tracking may be required and I will advise the cost - currently it is 21.00 euros

NOTE - IMPORTANT - WHEN REGISTRATION IS COMPULSORY

Registration fee MUST be paid when:-

1. Total cost of items purchased is over 60 euros.
2. Any country I deem necessary because of risk.
