Imperf plate proof from Tonga 1996 Towards 2000 set. Rare item as only 10 plate proofs like this one were done. Tonga did not issue any imperf stamps from this set, the only imperfs known are genuine plate proofs, and come from the Walsall Security Printers archives. Unlike other countries, Tonga did not print and issue imperf stamps from 1981 onwards. All stamps were perforated (or self-adhesive). Nice exhibit item.

All payments are to be made via PayPal or Mangopay, depending on the possibilities offered by the seller. No payments are to be made by neither cheque, bank transfer nor cash directly to the seller.

Australia Post SMALL international registration envelope - 10.00 euros - used for smaller items and smaller covers.

Australia Post LARGE international registration envelope - 16.00 euros - used for larger items and larger covers. NOTE there is no tracking with registered letters. Tracking costs a little bit more.

On certain occasions if large total is purchased, tracking may be required and I will advise the cost - currently it is 21.00 euros

NOTE - IMPORTANT - WHEN REGISTRATION IS COMPULSORY

Registration fee MUST be paid when:-

1. Total cost of items purchased is over 60 euros.
2. Any country I deem necessary because of risk.
