All payments are made through the Delcampe website. Depending on the possibilities offered by the seller, you can use PayPal, add a credit/debit card or make a bank transfer to top up your balance. No payments are made by cheque or bank transfer directly to the seller.

A payment that is not sent through the payment system integrated into the website (if accepted by the seller) or Mangopay will be refunded by the seller to the buyer. An unpaid purchase may result in consequences to the buyer's account.

If the seller's sales conditions include additional clauses relating to payment, these are to be considered null and void. The payment conditions of the Delcampe website, as defined in the conditions of use, are the only ones applicable.

Purchases must be paid for within 14 days of receipt of the final statement from the seller.

- en lettre suivie : 3,28 € pour la France ; 7,30 € pour le reste du monde
- en recommandé (R2) : 8,43 € pour la France (7,58 € si moins de 50g) ; 10,45 € pour le reste du monde

Envoi en recommandé pour toute commande supérieure à 40 € (10 € hors Europe). Sinon, les envois sont faits par défaut en lettre suivie.

Pour un poids supérieur : tarifs 2025 de la Poste tenant compte du poids.
Si vous achetez en même temps plusieurs lots, un seul port vous sera facturé

2025 Postal Prices : For stamps, letters or post cards, postal fees until 100 g are :

- Regular international mail : 4,50 €
- Tracking international mail : 7,30 €
- Registered international mail (R2) : 10,45 €

Shipping automaticly as a "Registered mail" for invoices higher than 40 € (10 € outside Europe). Otherwise items are sent as "tracking mail" except if you ask for a specify shipping (regular mail (ONLY for invoices lower than 10 €) or registered mail). I advise you to choose secured shipping especially if you are living far from France.
Please be aware that i cannot be responsible for shipping issues if you choose the cheapiest (regular mail) shipping method.

For higher shipping weight : please refer to French postal tarification 2025.

Specific conditions:

IMPORTANT : Depuis le 10/10/2023 Delcampe a décidé unilatéralement d'autoriser les acheteurs à faire des offres jusqu'à -30 % et ceci sur tous les objets mis en vente, sans tenir compte du niveau de rareté de la pièce et sans tenir compte de l'ancienneté de la mise en vente.
Il est évident que ces conditions sont inacceptables pour un vendeur professionnel.
Pour la marchandise sélectionnée que je mets en vente et accompagnée de descriptions détaillées, je passe beaucoup de temps à regarder les prix pour être toujours compétitif avec des prix attractifs, j'ai donc déjà une politique de prix bas et je réétudie par ailleurs régulièrement ma boutique en baissant le prix d'objets anciens qui ne se sont pas vendus. Ainsi je vends plus de 80 % de mes lots.
J'étudierai bien entendu les demandes raisonnables comme auparavant où j'accordais au cas par cas des ristournes allant jusqu'à 10 % sur des objets en ventes depuis longtemps ou sur des offres importantes et groupées.
Toute proposition inférieure pour les lots qui viennent d'être mis en vente sera refusée et devant l'immense quantité d'offres que nous recevons depuis ce 10 Octobre 2023, la non réponse à une demande d'offre inférieure correspondra de fait a un refus.
Un refus n'est surtout pas dirigé contre vous, il découle simplement d'une politique de vente, avec à la base des prix attractifs et donc pas négociables.

IMPORTANT: As of 10/10/2023 Delcampe has unilaterally decided to allow buyers to make offers of up to -30% on all items offered for sale, irrespective of the rarity of the item or how long it has been on the market.
Clearly, these conditions are unacceptable for a professional seller.
I spend a lot of time looking at prices for the selected merchandise I put up for sale, accompanied by detailed descriptions, so as to always be competitive with attractive prices. I therefore already have a low-price policy, and I also regularly review my store by lowering the price of old items that haven't sold. As a result, I sell over 80% of my lots.
I will, of course, consider reasonable requests, as I did in the past when I granted discounts of up to 10% on a case-by-case basis on items that had been on sale for a long time, or on large, grouped offers.
Any lower bid for lots just put up for sale will be refused, and in view of the huge number of bids we have received since October 10, 2023, failure to respond to a request for a lower bid will in fact be tantamount to a refusal.
A refusal is in no way directed against you; it is simply the result of a sales policy based on attractive, non-negotiable prices.
