Great Britain, Scott #4176, used(o), 2021, Traditional Christmas-Matrix Stamp, Angels and Trumpets by post-cubist artist Jorge Cocco in a style of sacrocubism ( ... art for the spiritual intellect); Jorge Cocco Santángelo (born: 1936) is a Argentine painter and professor of art who paints sacred events in settings from the post-cubist art movement, stamp features a group of angels with trumpets in colors that are shades of blue, the cubist style shows through the lines of the sharp cuts in the angels' wings and through the sharp angular lines of light shining from above, 2nd class mail, a 2D omnidirectional bar code matrix is adjacent to the visual stamp, separated by a non-functional perforation line, serpentine die simulated perforations 15x14½, issued in non-water soluble self adhesive panes, photogravure printed, Scott supplemental catalog value: $1.30, nicely centered, light, vertical, broken-up, wavy line and message cancellation over the main image, good perforations; stamp was removed from its mailing envelope using a Bestine solvent and placed on a piece of black card stock to make an attractive album appearance; mounting and centering warrants a selling price premium. This is not a 'bait-and-switch;' the stamp you see will be the one you receive.
