Eine Zahlung, die nicht per Kredit-/Debitkarte oder Überweisung auf Ihr Guthaben erfolgt, wird vom Verkäufer an den Käufer zurückerstattet. Nicht bezahlte Käufe können Konsequenzen für das Konto des Käufers nach sich ziehen.
Sollten die Verkaufsbedingungen des Verkäufers Klauseln enthalten, die sich auf die Zahlung beziehen, sind diese Klauseln als nichtig zu betrachten. Es gelten ausschließlich die Zahlungsbedingungen der Delcampe-Website, wie sie in den Nutzungsbedingungen definiert sind.
Käufe müssen, nachdem der Verkäufer die Endabrechnung geschickt hat, innerhalb von 14 Tagen bezahlt werden.

All items offered for sale are original vintage collectibles unless otherwise stated in the item description.
Please examine the photographs carefully before purchasing. The photographs form an important part of the item description and show the actual item offered for sale. Due to the age and nature of vintage collectibles, normal signs of age, handling and use may be present.
Orders are dispatched regularly every Friday and no later than 7 days after confirmation of payment. Depending on the date of purchase, your order may therefore be dispatched considerably sooner. By grouping shipments, we aim to reduce unnecessary individual trips while maintaining an efficient and reliable shipping service.
All items are carefully packed to provide appropriate protection during transport.
All orders are shipped using a tracked delivery service. Tracking information will be provided whenever available through the delivery service.
Combined shipping is available whenever possible for multiple items purchased together. Buyers are therefore encouraged to combine several items in one order in order to optimise shipping costs.
Shipping costs depend on the destination and the delivery service used.
International shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs procedures, import duties, taxes or other charges in the destination country. Any such charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer.

Consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
In case of withdrawal, the buyer bears the direct cost of returning the item. The buyer is responsible for taking reasonable care of the item while it is in their possession.
Refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. The refund may be withheld until the returned item has been received or the buyer has provided evidence that the item has been returned.
