This is a sale by a private individual with a waiver of warranty (sold as is). pursuant to article 1510, paragraph 2 of the italian civil code, the goods travel at the buyer's sole risk from the moment they are handed over to the carrier. i assume no responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage caused by the standard postal service. by purchasing the item, the buyer explicitly agrees to waive any claim for a refund or indemnity in the event of non-delivery.
Two options are available in the payment settings: secure tracked shipping for € 12 or untracked standard mail for € 4 if the buyer independently selects standard mail, they declare under their own responsibility that they assume the full risk of loss. in the event of non-delivery, having declined the secure option, the buyer agrees not to open any dispute on paypal or delcampe. any claim opened for standard mail chosen as an option will be reported as an abuse of the buyer protection program.

Dies ist ein privatverkauf unter ausschluss jeglicher gewährleistung (gekauft wie gesehen). gemäss artikel 1510, absatz 2 des italienischen zivilgesetzbuches reist die ware ab der übergabe an denfrachtführer auf alleiniges risiko des käufers. ich übernehme keine haftung für verlust, diebstahl oder beschädigung durch den einfachen postversand. mit dem kauf erklärt sich der käufer ausdrücklich damit einverstanden, im falle einer nichtzustellung auf jegliche rückerstattungs- oder ersatzansprüche zu verzichten.
In den zahlungseinstellungen stehen zwei optionen zur auswahl: versicherter versand mit sendungsverfolgung für € 12 oder unversicherter standardversand für € 4 wenn der käufer selbstständig den standardversand wählt, erklärt er sich damit einverstanden, das volle verlustrisiko auf eigene verantwortung zu tragen. da die sichere option abgelehnt wurde, verpflichtet sich der käufer, im falle einer nichtzustellung keinen käuferschutzfall bei paypal oder delcampe zu eröffnen. jede reklamation bei selbst gewähltem standardversand wird als missbrauch des käuferschutzes gemeldet.

Il s'agit d'une vente par un particulier avec exclusion de garantie (en l'état). conformément à l'article 1510, paragraphe 2 du code civil italien, les marchandises voyagent aux risques et périls exclusifs de l'acheteur dès leur remise au transporteur. je décline toute responsabilité en cas de perte, de vol ou de dommage imputable au service postal ordinaire. en effectuant l'achat, l'acheteur accepte expressément de renoncer à toute demande de remboursement ou de recours en cas de non-livraison.
