    Although things seem to be running smoothly again at the moment, December and January have been a bit of a rollercoaster ride for technical problems.

    However, let's remain positive about this.

    As some of you already know, I use my "free 99p listing allocation" on Ebay and take advantage of their free listing weekends. In reality this amounts to about 100 listings a month and any sales I do get, the buyer receives a link to my Delcampe store. During the last month I've encountered a number of problems there, both during the listing process and after sales, including the wrong image in my listings (and yes, I'm absolutely sure that I got it right), payment received without p&p added and invoices showing the wrong courier, although the information was correct in the listing.

    Let's just remember that even the "very big boy" gets it wrong. The difference between them and Delcampe is that Delcampe communicates and they don't.
