Customer support is not working

    I have tried 5 times to get a response from customer support.All I get is a form letter which does not help whatsoever.I don't understand why nobody reads the emails.The problem is with the process for opening a dispute.The prompt for reason for a dispute automatically defaults to non-payment from other choices.All that it does is generate the same form letter about non-payment.I have tried five times to send replies only to get five more automatic form letters.No one is reading anything and I suspect this is Delcampe's solution for customer support.It is pretty
    frustrating to say the least.

    I have to say that my own experience is the complete opposite. Very quick and helpful responses from either Dmitri or Miranda.

    I agree that in the past that's true...however with regards to disputes...they don't seem to respond.

    I dont know about that....my questions are usually about technical issues and even now are support is very quick,,,,,,up to yesterday anyway!

    Delcampe have never liked to get involved in disputes between seller and buyer. My attitude has always been to repay the buyer or accept stupid feedback or whatever....and move on. At my vast age, life's too short...

    Some disputes are "easy" to handle (e.g. payment not received). So, depending on the reason you've chosen, you might have received an automatic reply from our Help Center.

    If your case is more complex, please e-mail us direclty at en@delcampe-support.com .

    We'll get back to you asap.

    Please note that first reply time is currently higher than average due to an increase in requests.

    Thanks Dimitri for your reply. The problem is that there is a glitch,which has caused the problem. Initially I opened the dispute and chose unjustified feedback as the reason.The selection however automatically defaults back to non-payment,I did not see this until the dispute was opened.Once in this format I am stuck with forum letters about closing a sale etc. I will contact you at the address you suggested.I have always had satisfactory help from Delcampe in the past.Thanks again.
