Selling form uploading pic from previous listing

    Hi, I believe this has been a problem before, but it is still occurring.

    In the last week I've listed over 1,700 new items. In a few dozen random cases the gallery image for a listing is using the same picture as the listing right before it.

    I'm using the online selling form. When I select the picture I can see I have selected the correct one. However, when I see the notification that my listing is "successful" it displays the wrong picture. It's the picture from the previous listing.

    I had to scan through my listings and modify all the listings with duplicate photos. It's rather annoying and I had to explain to one buyer why my one listing for a Swiss postal card had a picture of an Italian one.

    Anyone else having such issues?

    Several weeks ago I was faced with the same problem. The support tried, but could not help instantly. In the meantime, this problem seems to be solved for me - hopefully.
    I had no idea, what caused it, but you better be suspicious for a while and open all your current items right after upload.

    Yup...same here!

    I use the single item online form quite often. Nowadays, I always check the "successful" listing to see exactly what I have been "successful" with.

    In a few apparently random cases, the wrong pic shows....usually the previous listing pic but sometimes a pic from several listings back. My item id reference no. and pic reference no. are always the same so its unlikely to be my error.

    Most irritating and time-wasting. I think D are aware of this problem and, hopefully, will put in a "fix" at some point in the not too distant future
