    Unable to send invoice for item sold. The sale is not appearing in 'to invoice' but is appearing in 'invoiced items' which I have not done. Buyer is asking for invoice.

    Fault has been found but not rectified. Buyer has stated that he is sending payment(although not having had an invoice). this has caused the problem. Unable to contact him at present to sort this out.
