    At least you've taken the decision to stop selling on Delcampe, so the need to use the system will become less frequent.

    Very strange, I have sent out at least 1 invoice daily every day last week (including 10 minutes ago) and have not had the problem that you suggest.

    If it only occurs in certain countries, or on certain browsers, it might be preferable to bypass the D system and use the paypal system for now till any problem is fixed. Bit of a chore, but hey-ho.

    The reminder system is a severe irritant.....I just send out another invoice (using See invoice) and put 2nd REMINDER June 14 (or whatever) in the comments box like we used to do before the system change. That works OK for me with no time constraints

    Yes, I was able to amend an invoice today that I only issued yesterday

    Maybe the problem is that at first glance there isn't an 'edit invoice' option, you have to click the 'see invoice' option to be able to edit it,. (at least that's what I do)

    Maybe the problem is that at first glance there isn't an 'edit invoice' option, you have to click the 'see invoice' option to be able to edit it,. (at least that's what I do)

    Following your directions, I can't see an 'edit' option.

    However, like I said previously , if I click 'See invoice' I can then amend the invoice

    This is what happens when you bury important transaction information under layers of tabs. The transaction costs go up for both buyers and sellers.

    I had hoped Delcampe might have learned from the mess eBay created just with two tabs for description and shipping & payment.

    But given the "we cannot go back" declarations that Seb has made, we shall all just have to live with "the new reality". Resignation emoticon about here.

    Following your directions, I can't see an 'edit' option.

    However, like I said previously , if I click 'See invoice' I can then amend the invoice

    The trouble is that the way that this was initially described as the way to amend an invoice makes more sense and was the way that it operated at one point. At some stage the process changed to using the 'See invoice' selection. It is no wonder that no one knows what is going on!
