SEND A REMINDER.

    Hello

    First of all i must say that i 'm very disappointed with the changes that have been made.Not easy at all to operate.
    Does anyone knows how do i send a reminder to the buyer?
    I 'm expecting payment from 2 buyers but it's been already a month that i haven't received payment.Before the new changes i could send a reminder (send one more time the invoice) but now i cannot find the way to send a reminder.
    I would appreciate an answer.

    I was able to find the solution
    For other members that have the same problem the steps are these:
    You go to the invoiced card,click the invoice on the customer that you want to send the reminder,then click the + button and then edit and finally you can send the invoice.
    Not easy at all...
    I prefer the old edition :no:

    That resends the invoice. It sends a 'Payment request' to the buyer

    Under the old system it was possible to specifically send a 'Payment reminder' to the buyer

    Indeed, but that seems to be the only solution at present.
