    The situation is becoming farcical because it is a regular merry-go-round of pictures not uploading - IT team attempting a fix - fix made (temporarily) - pictures not uploading et al.

    It seems as if there is no permanent fix to this - unless the 'big' sellers start to migrate to pastures new (or an I too cynical?). The opposition is offering big incentives to attract more business back to their venue though this will only be short lived as they hammer one once you start to make too much money. The bottom line is if the sellers leave so will the buyers or vice-verse (or both) and once gone will be difficult to attract back. Members of the trade association I belong to have been muttering how difficult it has become to earn a decent crust on Delcampe and some are viewing the opposition through rose tinted spectacles again.

    Delcampe really does need to make the effort to make the site more stable - after all that is what the fee increases were meant to finance.

    Yes, I am starting to believe that they don't actually know what the problem is. If that was not the case, surely it would have been resolved by now.

    Yes, I've come to the same conclusion about the image loading problem. It does make one wonder, whatever happened to the money from additional fees and all the plans and improvements we were promised over a year ago? - new servers (doesn't appear to have happened), new programmers ????. All we have is paying more money for a service that is considerably worse than 12 months ago.

    Please, Sebastien, people have shown extreme patience with the site, but that is being pushed very hard.

    The problem is very simple...the old servers are not good enough to handle the volume of traffic.I'm not happy because of the increase in commissions which was supposed to pay for new servers, seems to have been diverted for some other purpose.This problem needs to be addressed and fixed.It doesn't seem that we will get any answers from Delcampe regarding this ongoing issue.

    I have been selling on Delcampe long enough to remember that the site was
    functionning much more smoothly before the addition of the extra tax of 0,18 cents.
    I like to add new material every month, but Delcampe surely does not make
    it easy for us sellers.
    I'm sitting on a pile of stuff, waiting for the problems to be resolved and,
    in the meantime, listing on the other site that has been waiving listing fees
    for the past several months.

    After a few weeks with relatively easy uploads...it's at a standstill today.
    Benjamin please put a new sparkplug in the machine.

    Well folks....there we have it! A message......so that's all OK then.

    Sorry, have I missed something.......when will the problem be fixed? I have been involved with IT/computers etc since the 1980's and find it hard to believe that this has taken so long to fix.

    For now, I guess I will have to continue listing the vast majority of my new material elsewhere as my blood pressure simply cannot cope with the constant hassle.

    So......please give us some comfort by suggesting a target date for completion then no doubt your sellers (including me) will stop moaning and return to listing on this site

    And best wishes for a speedy resolution of course....
