Messages not working?

    I have tried to send messages through "contact Delcampe", I have left two "questions" on the listing itself to the seller regarding the problem I am having, , I have sent numerous messages to the seller via delcampe, and I have even sent two private e-mails to the seller, but I have received not one reply to any of them, from anybody.
    I went to pay my seller immediately the auction finished, through paypal, and this message appears every time I try, ...
    Your purchase couldn't be completed
    "There's a problem with the merchant's PayPal account. We cannot process this transaction because there is a problem with the PayPal email address supplied by the seller. Please contact the seller to resolve the problem."
    I post this on the forum to see if it actually does appear there. Can anyone advise me?

    I doubt if it is a problem with Delcampe.

    It seems your seller has failed to update his details with Paypal or has decided he/she no longer wants to accept Paypal. Possibly also the Delcampe details need updating if your messages are not getting through.

    Have a look and see if your seller has been on the site recently or not. If not the seller may be away or ill. If the seller has been on the site I would send a message through the 'Help and Contact' button and ask if the seller's contact information is up to date.

    It seems your seller has failed to update his details with Paypal or has decided he/she no longer wants to accept Paypal. Possibly also the Delcampe details need updating if your messages are not getting through.

    Have a look and see if your seller has been on the site recently or not. If not the seller may be away or ill. If the seller has been on the site I would send a message through the 'Help and Contact' button and ask if the seller's contact information is up to date.

    Yes I had thought they may be ill , but after the first two messages I noticed they had been on site within the last 24hours. However, it is now 5 days since they were on site, but they should have seen the first two messages.
    I also have tried 3 times through help and contact , but I have had no replies from them or the seller.
