    Sometimes items sit in a black hole during automatic restarts, and will show in the category count but not if you select the category

    You can check this easily enough by searching for the item number - it will show up if it is on the system, be it active, awaiting restart, closed, sold or archived

    Another good reason to keep a separate list of ongoing sales

    Odd things do happen from time to time - I found a couple of items that had reached the end of their life which were missing images; quite inexplicable as I load images with all my items

    We do not close items without any reason. My advice here, for your organization... and it is valid for other sites as well...

    When you upload a new item to a site, you get his ID number. Take note of this on a small piece of paper you join in the album with your item.

    This way you can easily find any item back. And know whether or not it is still on sale :wink2:

    I have the same problem for few years.Some items just disappear and could no be found not in my Delcampe nor in search.Probably it happening during all of these glitches that we have on a site.
