    Hi Support
for a new client I need the old style API key because at the moment we aren't ready with the new api system.
Apparently it's impossible to generate the single api key used by your first API from the client dashboard

Can you help me ? I don't want to disclose here the user login

    Thanks
    Roberto

    Hi Roberto,

As stated in the announcement, the /rest API is deprecated since 19 October 2026 and will be switched off on 5 October 2027. Your existing legacy keys keep working on /rest until then, but new integrations must use /v1 only. That is why the option to create a legacy key is no longer available in the dashboard. This is expected behaviour, not a bug.

For any new client, please build the integration on /v1 from the start. The full reference, the Postman collection and the migration guide with its call-by-call mapping tables are at Link (https) , and /v1 is included in the API Pass with no change to the subscription.

If you run into a specific blocker while migrating, feel free to open a new topic describing it and we will be happy to help.

    Best Regards,

We are integrators (at the moment we manage 22 clients) and 2 weeks after the presentation of the new API system you pretend we are ready in production with the new API system

    That's ridicoulus

    Hi Roberto,

To clarify, nobody is asking you to move your 22 existing clients to /v1 within two weeks. Their current /rest keys keep working until 5 October 2027, and the transition period that started on 19 October 2026 exists precisely so that integrators like you can plan the migration at a reasonable pace. What has changed is that no new /rest key will be issued from now on, so any new client has to be set up on /v1.

During the "transition period" if we collect new client we can't list items until we are done with the new api system.
Becasue ypu are a developer you know it's not easy the migration for a live system
    That's all
We have 2 new clients and for the moment we list items on other sites
