So far I have offered the payment methods bank transfer and PayPal. PayPal can be easily read via API. The bank has the HBCI interface (Homebanking Computer Interface). Here too, business transactions can be read out automatically. According to Delcampe's wishes, bank transfers should now be eliminated and instead Mangopay, which is completely unknown to German customers, should be offered. At the moment this would mean that everything except payments can be processed automatically via the Mangopay system. Mangopay also has an API interface, but this is not available to us Delcampe merchants. Even with Delcampe there is obviously nothing in the API that provides information about payments. This payment method is of course absolutely useless for all merchants who process their transactions automatically. If I have to synchronize websites and/or emails for ages, it no longer has anything to do with automation. Why doesn't this exist or have I missed it? Is there any plan to make this possible at some point in the very near future? I offer on multiple platforms and have made it my motto that I only sell where all of these things can be automated. So if this is not introduced here very quickly, I will unfortunately have to leave Delcampe.
I think this comment should finally make Delcampe's ears ring. There are also interfaces that Delcampe has obviously never heard of (such as HBCI). However, it has been observed for many years that the faction "Just do a manual click somewhere on the website" is still at the top as an organizational guideline in management at Delcampe. This can also be seen in the unwillingness to provide urgently needed functions in the API (such as the transmission of shipping information). All I can say is, this is the way out... Restore "bank transfer" as a payment method until the rest is sorted out. Things can't go on like this!!! Why is there no response from Delcampe to these entries? Ignoring it doesn't make it any better. Kind regards
A week has passed and there is still no response or reaction from Delcampe. Have you finally stopped support or is everyone on vacation? I am a paying Club+ member and you advertise it as “special service”. Why don't you keep this promise?

To clarify: Do you know of a way for sellers to "restore bank transfer as a payment method"?
Or was this merely your suggestion to the Delcampe administration?

I'm taking care of the Delcampe integration for various German sellers and it's really saddening to see this bad communication practice continuing over the years. I wholeheartedly agree with the both of you.
We understand your frustration and we're trying our best to answer it.
We're actually developing a new API call to retrieve informations about your invoices (status, amount, etc). We will also add a new API callback when a payment is done.
We hope it will be enough to help you automatized your processes.
And just a kind reminder that this is a technical forum and that while we understand you're not happy with the current situation, the discussion about Delcampe's strategy has no place here.
Many thanks for the answer. Unfortunately, I can't read anything about when the new functions will be available. And nothing has happened in the week since the reply. The whole thing actually should have been written BEFORE the changes were made anyway. Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to be taken seriously. This morning I flipped the switch. My offers are now expiring and will not be renewed. Of the original 80,000 offers, 50,000 have already ended and the rest will soon disappear.

Have you forgotten your promise? It's been over a month now and nothing has happened yet. Do you really want to be charging 20 euros a month for API access and you don't even have an API function or notification available that you can use to automatically read in payments?
Question: With PayPal, as a payer you have the option of specifying a delivery address for this particular delivery. I don't know whether this is also possible with Mangopay. Is the address sent with the notification the address provided with PayPal or simply the address stored with Delcampe? The address at PayPal would be correct and in the interests of the customers...
With the new PayPal integration, we provide the buyer address to PayPal.
The payer can not change it anymore but still see it before completing the payment.
Thank you for adding the new notification type.
Can we expect an asynchronous call for the same type of information as well?
Sometimes notifications are being missed and we like to regularly fetch new orders from the API every X minutes to accommodate for that.
So, what I'm trying to ask is: Is it possible to add the payment status to the `ResponseItem` payload when calling `/item/fixedprice/closed/sold` for example?
Or alternatively: Is it possible to add a new `/orders` or `/payments` endpoint, that works similar to one of the other GET endpoints?
Thank you.
(I have not checked if this might actually be the case already... let me know if it is.)
