API not sending sold notifications

    We checked if the notification settings are active and they are. Still we retrieve no API notification on sold items, we did not receive any call on our end. In fact, we did receive no call at.

    Items sold are 1299825745, 1300339252 , and 1300339225.

    Can you investigate why notifications are not send

    Hello datastamps,

    I see that your notifications are enabled except for the Default and SoldItem.

    Would you like me to reactivate them?

    Hi Thomas,

    I can't get it. Why does the status fails over and over again? We deliberately check statuses and have corrected this more times over, but still Delcampe seems not to be able to send.

    We log all data when communication is received from Delcampe and don't get failed or corrupted messages.
    So how can it be Delcampe seems not to be able to send, and therefor change the status of the active notifications?

    Hello datastamps,

    I can see in our logs that your server is returning 500 HTTP errors. So unfortunately I don't have more information.
