SOAP API ItemClose does not close the item

Hi there,
after the problem you had with the API (see my previous post) the call to ItemClose via SOAP API returns a "true" status, but the item is not closed.
I have a list of item that I must close manually!

I closed it manually, to avoid problems.
The problem is that the call returns a "true" state and my application considers the item closed.

Today I made a simple program to close a test listing I made (item 733302545)
Please check the following results and note that the item is still open!!!
