Not for me at least.

Over 7000 items (including over 200 new listings), and 4 items sold for GBP1.78 total. I lost money this month for the first time once the shop fee is taken in to account.

Very good for me, sales increased by about 400% on the previous 2 weeks, and the month finished up 300% over December.
One returning customer made reference to the 'promotion' and said that if it hadn't been for that, he wouldn't have bought.

Result: Delcampe got fees that it otherwise almost certainly wouldn't have got, not as much as the 30c uplift would have achieved, but perhaps they will realise that 'half a loaf is better than no bread', to quote the old British saying.
The buyers are obviously still out there, but not prepared to pay Delcampe's platform fees as they currently stand.

Be interesting to hear other peoples experience.

I had fewer sales in the second half of Jan compared to the first , only 3 compared to 14.

I had another couple of sales today.

As i buyer, i spent the same on items +5euro so no benefit, but more on inexpensive items because of less commission.. I suggest a lesson is learned and a tiered commission model?

I wanted to share our experience from the recent two-week site-discount promotion.
I noticed a slight increase in sales overall, with the first week showing much better results.
However, during three full days of the second week, we didn’t receive any orders at all.
