Usually forums are for getting doubts cleared and I'm sure many posts would be from newbies, so why are we allowed to reply only after getting certain amount of feedbacks? A newbie will certainly begin a new post just to ask any additional information they may have regarding the original post.

Also, it would be nice to have option to edit or delete our posts and replies. Thank you.
