What's wrong with the Delcampe notifications??????

    The last couple of weeks I don't receive all the Delcampe notifications.
    Notifications of some of my sold items are delayed in hours
    Notifications for some of my new listed auctions are often delayed for hours or 1 day, and for some of my new listed auctions I never receive a notification.
    This morning I have sold 3 items to 1 buyer, but still only got notifications for 2 of the items.
    Other of you having this problem???

    Exactly the same happens this morning.
    Sold 3 items for more than an hour ago, but only got notification for the 2 of them.
    I have also listed more items this morning, but I still need notifications for some of them.

    Have had no emails or notifications from Delcampe at all today, despite sales. Not sure if anyone else is having the same problem. Have had to email customers independently to let them know that invoices have been sent as I have to presume that they aren't getting any notifications either.

    I've had no sales notifications, but "buyer asks for invoice" is coming through. I have also been receiving the copy of my payment requests.

    No incoming sales notifications or invoice requests, no outgoing payment requests, though I do have the outgoing sales notifications and I did just receive a payment notification. Obviously there are no problems with emails originating from PayPal. I'm having to send emails to let buyers know that I've sent the invoices though. It seems as though different parts are working for different accounts so it's difficult to know who's receiving what at the moment.

    No incoming sales notifications or invoice requests, no outgoing payment requests, though I do have the outgoing sales notifications and I did just receive a payment notification.     I’m not getting any sales notifications but am getting invoice requests. Weird, something is well messed up.

    Same problem, no sale notifications since the 1st of April. Very annoying. Checked the e-mail settings and the e-mail notification box simply disappeared!!! WHY?

    I still have the same problems
    No sales notifications Yesterday and today.
    Buyers pay me, and I ship the items.

    I think this has been fixed now but not retrospectively.

    The problem is fixed but not retrospectively … so you won't get earlier notifications.
