    I've sent some mails via the delcampe system and they are not in my messages on delcampe nor did I receive a copy (and the option is switched on).

    A new technical problem on delcampe?

    I have just set it up to "Yes".

    I've had the same problem with the small language Flags at all my auctions.
    I've marked English Danish Swedish Norwegian for nearly 9 Years, but after the new Delcampe started I began to receive more emails in French.
    I wondered about this, but use Google translate, and answered in French by using Google translate.
    One day when I was looking at some of my sold auctions I got the answer why I got all the emails in French.
    My language Flags were changed to English and French, but not by me.
    I changed it back to English and the Nordic Flags and clicked on modify, and now the Flags were correct at all my auctions, but 2 days later my Flags were back in English and French.
    This happened 3-4 times, and I also write in the Forum, but no reaction from Delcampe.
    Then I forgot all about this problem until last week, where I have got English and French Flags again.
    One more time I changed the Flags to English and the Nordic, and since this time my Flags seems to be correct.
    This problem seems to have something to do with the unwanted new Delcampe.

    It looks to me like different accounts are affected differently.

    Every time I visit the new site, my feedback changes to not showing the item it has been given for.

    I am now aware of it and change it back to the way I want it, after I've been on the new site.

    I've just visit my ongoing sales on the new site and there my Flags shows English and French.
    I was checking my Flags on the old Delcampe site before I went to the new site, and they were shown correct.
    After I've visit the new site all my auctions on the old site again have English and French Flags, but no Nordic Flags.
    Now I don't dare to visit other sites of the new Delcampe, because I don't know what will happen to my other parameters.

    I think that this is a problem for all members, so try to check your parameters.

    They want people to use the new site, but each time one logs in there, some things of your preferences are afterwards inexplicably changed without you wanting that. In my case, my e-mail notifications were disabled.

    It is very obvious that the new site is unworkable. It should be scrapped completely, or someone who knows what he's doing should be put in charge there.

    I am not using the new site any more until it is working correctly (besides it was very slow each time I tried using it).

    English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Dutch.
    This is the reason why they "disappear".
    I will inform the IT department to see if they can be added as it is the case on the old website.

    I have removed the French Flag several times, and each time I have been on the new site the French Flag appear again.

    I have just been on my parameters old site and removed the French Flag and added the Nordic Flags.

    I have just checked and it's ok.

    I will now go th the new site and then back to the old site to see what happens.

    On the new site there are English and French Flags (I have never added the French Flag and I don't know have to remove it)because it appear each time after I have removed it.


    Back on the old site again my Nordic Flags have now disappered and the French Flag is there again.

    The new Delcampe site is the worst auction site I've ever visit until now, because nearly nothing is working, and you can't find what you are looking for.

    Did you have a profile picture - I found that this used to disappear when I visited the new site along some other parameter changes. It is all very bizarre and worrying for sellers.

    And yes I also think that my solution must be another place to sell my items if we got the new Delcampe site

    There are obviously conflicts on a major scale between the programming on the old site and that on the new site.
    Even when all the various parts of the old site, which are currently missing or unavailable are eventually sorted, as they probably will be sometime in the future, my biggest concern is how Delcampe intend to migrate all the data, pictures etc., in other words all our sales listings, successfully to the new site.

    Delcampe have tried to keep everyone happy by doing this and seemed to have alientated everyone instead. Perhaps they should have prepared the new site first, got it up and running in a beta version with a small number of sellers from each constituent site and let it run for a year to iron out all the glitches and problems. Then when all the problems had been resolved (and only then) simply migrated all listings over to the new site - fait accompli!

    Those that took umbrage or did not want this for whatever reason could then close their items and go elsewhere. Similar to when the price increases happened - when interestingly a lot of those who migrated elsewhere gradually drifted back sometimes with a new user name and sometimes with the same persona.

    At the moment we seem to have both worlds and the best of none!

    A new site is almost certainly inevitable, and probably very necessary from Delcampe's viewpoint, but they should withdraw the new site now until it is capable of proper everyday use.

    Not good timing given the downtime on the site and all the other problems.

    Yes, I got one of those! Presumably because sales and therefore revenue are down, that has to be replaced somehow! Something about Baldrick and a plan spring to mind. :D:D

    Wonder what the take-up rate will be?
