Ask Payment / Print Delivery Note not working

    Ask Payment / Print Delivery Note
    ---------------------------------------------
    The ability to print an invoice / packing list AND sent an invoice are not working as at 8 a.m. (UK time).

    When selecting the buttons to Ask Payment or Print Delivery Note you are offered a blank screen!

    Clearly this is an URGENT problem to be fixed. I hope someone from Delcampe is watching the Forum.

    Anyone else experiencing the same problem?

    Same problem at 9.40am UK time.

    I have several customers 'jumping up and down' demanding invoices so they can pay for their items. I'll give it until mid day then I will have to 'manually' produce and calculate invoices which is a major pain in the butt to put it mildly!

    Same problem at 9.40am UK time.

    Managed to get an invoice out on the 3rd attempt but now the gentleman who bought says that he is unable to pay by Paypal through the site e wallet.
    Anyone else having this problem.

    At 17.56 UK time the invoicing system is down again (at least for me). Fortunately I managed to get most out during the window when it was operating. I hope this is fixed soon as the weekend is my busiest selling period!

    OK, not working for me again either ... giving up for the day ... thankfully some sales to compensate ... pity I can't send any invoices.

    Delcampe - you really have to get on top of this ... introducing a new feature the purpose of which isn't clear anyway and that causes such disruption and which can't have been tested very well is just MADNESS!

    It's working here again at 7:28PM EST. I was able to get all my invoices out without any problems.

    The system came up ... and now it's back down again.

    It is difficult to imagine what is going on but the disruption caused to sellers and buyers alike is shameful.
