D* permit a user name "Moderator" useful for scam

    The scam is know since one week or more.
    My clients just now have received a fake order with user "Moderator_Dina"

    Immediately after my clients have received an email written in english asking to update bank details.

    These idiots people are a "mamas and papas" hackers because:
    1) D* send a message in the language used by the seller
    2) D* no longer ask for bank details

    But PLEASE D* add a filter to check if the username contains "moderator" and block these idiots people !
