    Hello!
    Every philatelist sometimes comes across a strange stamp, every philatelist dreams of this. I also found a stamp of the German post office in Levant, I am sure it is genuine with a watermark and glue. However, the denomination is printed not at the top, but at the bottom. I have not come across stamps with such an overprint! Please, reveal the truth to me.

    Hi, Scott shows the overprint at the bottom on both 1902 and 1903 German stamps. They were never overprint at top. Regards
