    DC, seems you have a serious problem here if a hacker can do it again and again. Please describe the case and your actions to build trust again.

    Unfortunately there is little Delcampe can do except close the accounts as soon as they are notified. This also happens from time to time on other internet auction sites as well - none are immune from a determined spammer like this.

    Hopefully this charlatan will not rip anyone off before he is closed down yet again. Anyone with a grain of sense should see that this ID is highly suspect as he only has high ticket items for sale, a new account with over 100 feedback from one person within a day of the account opening.

    Another red flag being he only accepts bank transfer as payment!!.

    His items already have a large number of watchers which is not really surprising as every item listed seems to be from rare to very rare with prices to match.

    EU privacy laws prevent making such comments as you envisage. This is not a Delcampe problem - all internet auction sites suffer from attacks by these criminals. Delcampe does close these fake sites as soon as it can so always report them when you locate them.

    The accounts have been closed in the meantime.

    We can understand your frustration. We do our best to close these types of accounts as soon as possible and our moderators do regular checks. We also have security systems in place that block many fraudulent accounts on a daily basis. Nevertheless, some scammers still manage to slip through the net, as on all marketplaces.

    We will continue to do everything we can to protect our community from scammers and to look at different solutions that can be put in place to avoid this situation.

    Delcampe is doing a good job of shutting down these fraudulant scamers. This forum is quick to report them and I appreciate the quick action.
