Paying fees

    My bill came through today for the Delcampe fees.

    No problem I thought! Part will be paid by what was accumulated in Delcampe Pay and the rest using Paypal.

    Not so easy - you cannot, it seems, pay part by one method and the rest by another, Unless, of course, I am missing something glaringly obvious?

    Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? And if I am not doing anything wrong why is such a restriction imposed on making payments?

    the amount accumulated in your DelcampePay account,
    must be paid on the last day of the month,
    from day 1, of the following month,
    you can pay the difference with PayPal.

    Thanks for the reply.

    For me I had no option than either pay the full amount by Delcampe Pay or by Paypal. I found the situation annoying because I had funds in both accounts but not enough in either to pay the full fees.

    It was not a major problem - just annoying because I had to make a bank transfer into Delcampe Pay then pay the fees.

    I had not come across this before because I had always prepaid my fees and had a credit balance on the account.

    Thank you for your message.

    You cannot partially credit your Delcampe account with Delcampe Pay and then add the rest with Paypal.

    However, you can use your Delcampe Pay balance and add the remaining amount by using the card that you linked to your Delcampe Pay account. Please find here how to proceed: Link (https)
