    This happens because you authorize the buyer to pay without waiting for the payment request (as shown on the screenshot attached to this post).
    You need to click on "Activated" and it will be deactivated and then click on the button "Save".

    If you choose to allow them, it is faster but your buyers can forget to add the shipping fees.
