Grouped Bid disappeared after acceptance

    This is a weird glitch.

    I accepted a lower bid offer earlier today

    But I am still waiting for it to appear in my sold list.

    When I look at the item, it is correctly marked as sold, but the end time keeps changing! Each time I view it the end time is different. I finally figured out that it seems to change to the exact time I view it.

    I dare not look at it again in case the sold (end time) time changes again!

    Its very peculiar.

    #345895214 which I accepted a lower bid on about 12.30 today has still not appeared in my sold list!

    And it is still constantly changing its sold time!


    The last time I looked it said Ended 13.44

    Now it says

    "Ended on
    Wednesday, 11 October 2017 at 17:36"

    And every time I refresh the page the end time is different again.

    Is it ever going to actually appear in my sold list of is it just going to keep changing its end time indefinitely?

    Now as I type this is says end time 17.44 !!!.

    I am going to have to contact the buyer to let him know what is happening.

    I am experiencing the same problems. I contacted the support because the problem is going on from september !!! No answer yet.

    Now I am not accepting the low bids and contacting the bidders and tell them there is an issue with Delcampe. I feel authorized to move the sales OUTSIDE Delcampe because we cannot miss the sale for their problems. I invite all sellers to do the same. Let's hope this money loss will convince them to quickly solve problems.

    As always we bring the sales to this marketplace but they do not invest in a technical team that can solve problems. There is a very long list of technical issues in the past that have been solved very very slowly because their IT has a very low profile.

    For more than 24 hours I haven't got the possibillity to accept lower bids on my auctions.
    I have got e-mail notifications for 4 lower bids, but I can't
    accept, because Delcampe there are currently no lower bids.
    What to do now?

    Yesterday, 11th October, my grouped bid for 5 postcards was accepted by the seller. However, the transaction has disappeared from both the Grouped Bid page and the Awaiting Invoice (or Payment) page. The 5 items are shown as closed sales but not credited to me unless I open each one up. This is not the first time this has happened.

    I am in the same situation.
    The only thing I could do was accept single lower bids but only it as auction option, to end in 1 day.

    I have a group lower bid as well, but I dare not do anything with that until the problem on Delcampe is fixed. :angryfire:

    Same problem on a lot with a group offer from Monday (and accepted on tuesday). Almost 48 hours and still no sold items to invoice on!

    There is a problem with all lower bids at the moment.

    It just seems to be one problem after another on Delcampe at the moment :psy: :angryfire:

    I am unable to see my accepted grouped offers or purchased items . I know through email my grouped offer was accepted but I cannot see them or them listed in purchases.

    Problems on Delcampe are disappointingly frequent, if eBay was this unreliable it wouldn't be the internet giant it has become. The trouble is, the pleasure I get from buying items on Delcampe all too quickly turns to annoyance and frustration when I can't even pay for the items. Then there is the gauntlet of actually receiving them, to be polite, let's say that Delcampe has more than its fair share of slothful and peculiar sellers.

    Dimitri, I had the same problem this morning. I got a grouped bid and after excepting it dissapeared.

    Don't worry you are in good company. They all disappear - group or single.

    And I thought this new site was needed so that the software could be more stable and easier to fix when problems arose. I must have missed something but the site seems more unstable then ever.

    I agree, this "new" site appears to be less stable than the old one. That's progress for you, but it's still better than the good old days and "Exchange & Mart" - or am I showing my age too much?

    Accepted lower bids doesn't appear as sold items and invoice cannot be sent to the buyers. Hope that it will works soon again.

    Hi, I have just received a grouped offer from a buyer, and when I follow the link 'Please let them know your decision' I am taken the correct page but no grouped offer is shown? So the Buyer thinks I am not responding when I simply can't complete the process. Any advice on this one would be much appreciated. :)
