    Anyone else currently having problems with Easy Store API link ebay - delcampe?

    I had problems with some listings on Delcampe failing to close when item sold on eBay around July 14-17th. (I see capital-collectables did).

    Yesterday all listings on Delcampe that should have closed because of eBay sales failed to do so. So, now, for me, it's broken. I have to manually close.

    I put in a support request about a week ago to Delcampe but no word back yet on what's going on. Trying to see whether this is a problem with my link or it is happening to others.

    After a week, Easy Store re-synced my listings BUT I'm still having to manually close listings sold on either site on the other one. Further follow-up with support. No idea what the problem is & why it takes a week to reboot.

    Got a response from Delcampe support yesterday that they're going back to Easy Store to query why listings are not getting automatically ended. With Easy Store turnaround time is always slow. Delcampe staff respond fast enough but Easy Store seems source of the delays & malfunctioning.

    Given the marginal sales I get on Delcampe, having to take Bay sales down manually here all the time might be the straw that breaks the camel's back (again).

    We have noticed a synchronization issue with easyStore, impacting several of our sellers. Therefore, EasyStore is temporarily removing the sales from Delcampe.

    EasyStore is actively working on reactivating the synchronization process.

    Several sellers have been impacted and the handling has to be carried out individually. The resynchronization of the affected stores will take place in the next few days or the next few weeks.

    If you're concerned by the above case you will receive a separate e-mail in the next hours, explaining what I just said.

    On behalf of easyStore, we would like to apologize for this inconvenience and we thank you for your understanding. We're doing everything we can to have easyStore sort this out ASAP.

    I received the email in the last hour.

    I guess my business on Delcampe is on hold for a few days or weeks till the resync takes effect. I think I still have up to 1000 listings that are only on Delcampe but I won't be able to see them till the closed items are emptied out of my store.

    We can confirm that your sales closed. However, our search engine will need a couple of hours to update.

    Until that time the sales will remain visible in your store, but in reality they're closed.

    Thanks, Dimitri. I see that they're still closing or the search engine is still catching up. It looks like the ones only listed on Delcampe (i.e. not on eBay) are staying live - that gives me a chance to have an occasional sale.

    I'm afraid the resyncs do not have any influence on the category matching. Currently I do not have any view on when the matching will happen :dunno:

    The Easystore web site simply states that registration of new users is currently suspended:

    At the same time their activities are currently suspended as well.

    As far as anyone seems to know all business to do with Easystore is suspended and no one knows yet if this is temporary or permanent.

    I have just found out all my 26,000 items removed too. I LOVE this site and didnt realize why I was no longer visible. Please fix asap..... Why cant we have the old Easy uploader back and do our own uploads which was so easy and fast. Please Delcampe team fix it for us soon.

    EasyStore is currently not accepting new subscribers.

    Past syncs will continue running and IT service will remain available should issues arise.

    There is currently no timeframe for the acceptance of new users.

    In addition to this, some users were experiencing technical issues. These users have been contacted individually and their sales have been closed in order to resync them.

    Diomitri, this is UNACCETTABLE! You must be aware that here are people doing BUSINESS, so I cannot accept an answer like "There is currently no timeframe...".

    You must give precise answers, it is your reponsibility!

    True other platforms cost more, but they SIMPLY WORK!
