    Allready over 1 year ago I have discussed this with members from the Declampe-team.
    Special on a Saturday-evening, sometimes more than 50% of all the lots offered, are NOT visible in your ( or my) shop.
    They just somehow leave out over 50% of all lots on a busy night.

    I have made Mirror-copies of pages from Monday untill Saturday.
    It showed that the more people are online, the more lots "dissappear".
    Nobody knows why, but then suddenly on a Monday or Tuesday they show-up again...for no reason !
    It looks like a copy of the Bermuda-triangle...The Delcampe-triangle... :P

    I complained a lot about it, but they do not do anything about it. That is my experience. Not even an email to confirm that they have read the email and doing their best to solve it....

    Check your shop on a Saturdaynight..
    I have 3500 Lots online, on a Saturday not even more than 1566 lots are visible ! That is a bit more than 40% of all my sales !
    And my sales are not old...No, 2000 sales are from the last 3 months...!

    Frans, your low listing numbers on a Saturday night are probably easily explained.

    I just clicked randomly on about 15 of your items (on 10 different pages) and about 10 of those end early on a Saturday evening.

    It can take up to 12 hours for items to get relisted. If my random selection is typical of your listings, than about 2/3 of your listings will not be visible on a Saturday evening.

    Yes, I now...but it is so frustrating... :P

    Many buyers are shopping at my shop on a saturdaynoght, and then 1000-2000 items are not showing up...:-)

    Simply change all your listings to end on a different day or at a later time via the multiple change function and that should solve your problem.

    You can change the ending times of your items so they are not 'vanishing' over the weekend. Use the multiple changes options and select the one you need and then change the closing times of the auctions affected - or all your auctions if you wish.
