    There is no quantity of purchased items neither in invoice nor in confirmation message, so I am in darkness how many items were purchased.!

    I have a feeling that the buttons for "print invoice" and "print delivery slip" have been switched over.

    I went to print a delivery slip and it included the message I sent with my invoices, plus all the tick boxes to remove items from the invoice.

    Printed it and I sent it like that, but it looked awful. It only occurred to me afterwards to click on the "print invoice" button and I found a delivery slip.

    I am having problems amending an invoice to include postage. Is anyone else experiencing this?

    Hello my friend,
    Today May 14, 2014 (after more than a week with no solution to the problem) I still cannot add the mailing and payment fees. It seems like no one is replying to my claims for each invoice I issue.. This is dreadful¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡ . I have solved, having no solution from Delcampe, to put the costs in the text attached to the invoice and detailing it. It is more work but at least I am managing to have my buyers understand THIS DELCAMPE PROBLEM and to receive fromn them the correct amount.
    WE SEEM TO HAVE TO LIVE WITH THIS PROBLEM MORE THAN I EXPECTED-:cop::cop:

    I have been sending out invoices with no problem in adding postage and the correct total is being received from the buyers.

    Are you sure that it is a Delcampe problem and not one at your end (eg browser or settings)?

    I add the fees OK , I see them when I finish the invoice.
    When I send them my copy doesn't show them any more and if I edit the invoice on Delcampe the charges have disappeared too.
    Any hint ??? Thank you & regards,

    It might be something like this (country server).
    The funny thing is that before the changes I never had any "adding fee" problem , and after the change for a couple of days I had no problem too. For the last three days the 5 invoices I sent out didn't show the charges and had to put a special note to the buyers to take into account the fees specified on the accompanying text to the invoice.

    I replied this earlier to someone with the same problem, but I don't know if it was resolved or not.

    Is it possible that your settings are "allow buyer to pay without awaiting invoice".

    If that is the case you are not able to create an invoice (at least that is how I understood it), the system automatically creates it for you, but does not take p&p into account.

    If so go to Account>My Information>Store Parameters. Scroll down to "managing my payments" and click "no".

    when I issue an invoice from the ALL tab, I cannont add a message to it - there is no related blank space.

    contrary, if I send the invoice from the TO BE INVOICED tab - than I can add my lines.

    I can enter postage, but it does not add them to the total before sending out. The Total remains the same as without postage.

    BUT

    when I get a confirmation mail from Delcampe, said postage IS ADDED.

    another useful feature from the old system seemed to have disappeared:

    when you formerly issued an invoice, but the same buyer had ongoing bids on more of your items, the system displayed those not yet finished items and politely asked me, if the invoice should be sent or not.

    The open items in question have been hihglighted in pale red as I remember?

    I recently tried to send out an invoice to a buyer, knowing he still has one itemoing on.....but now, the invoice was ready to send - no warning at all

    IT WOULD BE BETTER IF IT IS GOOD AGAIN

    sorry to say, but I must correct myself in this case.

    The reminder for ongoing bids by the same buyer DOES STILL EXIST......

    but only if you issue an invoice from the "to be invoiced" tab
    (okay so far)

    BUT

    it does NOT exist, when you try to issue an invoice from the ALL tab

    that is one of the differences between both worlds

    A buyer clicked on 8 of my fixed price items – and after that he had sent me a request for invoice – according to my settings who don’t allow direct payment.
    When I tried to send an invoice, I have seen the whole thing is in the wrong column (invoiced) and the first & second icon were marked (invoice sent and amount paid)

    I have NOT sent any invoice - this was simply a technical error 

    NOW I had to change my initial NOT sent invoice because the system blocked a reminder (….prior to 7 days)

    What a mess :thumbdown:

    This only happens ONCE (at first) I cannot repeat that error when I refresh the page.

    I think the "techies" of th D-Team violently are trying to stuff one hole - but by doing this opening another......

    This has been going on all day and I've ended up in different parts of the "sold items", the "all" tab, the "invoiced" tab and also in "ongoing sales".

    Also this afternoon, it was not possible to archive items from the "shipped" tab.

    If I didn't read the forums I would think I was going crazy, the number of times I click on one link and it sends me somewhere else entirely. It's just so random. Usually when I try it again it works OK. I was beginning to think I was imagining it. I'm glad it's not just me!

    I said exactly the same thing, when artisan first mentioned it in another thread.

    Tbh, I feel very disheartened by this whole business. 2 days this week I haven't listed; I just can't get motivated with all the problems we are facing at the moment.

    I expected some problems with this upgrade (or should I say downgrade). It coincided with me going away for 10 days, so I had hoped it would have settled down by the time I would come back, but alas, well over 3 weeks now and still there are new daily challenges.

    this error has been fixed - now it's directing me straight to ONGOING SALES WITH BIDS when I click on that link

    BUT

    a new major error has occured:

    there is ONLY ONE ongoing bid on my items during the whole day.

    :p

    hope the D-Team is soon to resolve that problem too

    I think Delcampe need to check every pull down menu item to ensure that they do what they say they do.

    There are also inconsistencies between tabs on the functions that are available. Again this all needs to be checked.

    My recommendation is that this is treated as a specific testing exercise by Delcampe IT rather than relying on piecemeal comments by users.

    I don't have the time to do this ... unless you'd like to pay me?
