Trouble sending invoice

    I have gone into my sold items and tap on "ask payment" then I fill in the shipping fee, then I tap on "send the payment request" - but after that when I look at the sold items, it would appear as if no invoice was sent because "ask payment" is still showing, and the number of invoices I have to send is still the same number as before. What am I doing wrong?

    I worked it out - I wasn't showing which size envelope would be needed, so when I completed this section, the invoice went.
