    An Israeli friend has purchased some items on Delcampe.
    He does not have a Mangopay account.
    I have enough money on my Mangopay.
    Can I pay his bills throuh my Mangopay?
    If I can how do I manage this payment?

    As I understand it, your friend DOES have a MangoPay account, as everyone who is registered on Delcampe effectively has one automatically. All your friend needs to do is put enough money into it to cover their purchase.

    I don't believe payment from another account, ie yours, is possible.
